The coin dev that should have made the coin ended up being a scammer. Thread will be made with all info about him released. Including a bounty on him.

You are kidding right? 336Mh of SHA-256? You mean 336GH right? Hell one antminer is 400GH, or are you really wanting only cpus and gpus mining this and wasting electricity? At least make it GH, the huge rentals and farms will still be weeded out.

Hashrate limitations Limited hashrate - A maximum of 336 MH/s pr mining device is the limit. That means everyone is able to mine, and the best way to do so is using the classic USB miners. Everyone has a chance to mine with GPU and CPU. But no matter what device is connected to mine, the max that will be registered is 336 MH/s pr mining device.
I want to know how this will be implemented because as far as I know nobody managed to do it correctly before.

So.. The pools integrate the speed limit or the coin ?
The coin network should limit each mining device so no matter how you mine, max amount of hashrate pr miner is 336 MH/s.

No loophole? There is no max, but after block 81792 there will be 1.303.200 coins around. And then each block after that will only give 1 coin.. So its not like we will see 1 billion, 100 million or 10 million for some years...

As much as I trust you and your pools, what I meant by correctly was to do it without the need to rely on trusting pools. But of course you can always use more pools or more accounts per pool or run multiple wallets locally so I don't think this is feasible.

Potentially interested in case project is honest. Needs also second and third marketplace - not only one exchange.
Dev, will you stay with us for longterm? Are features planned or will this be a very simple coin for payment only? Is this your first coin or have you done others before? Is it maybe possible to bring the POS interest down from 5% to below 3% or even lower? Would be good because we've had enough of inflation-coins. The more scarce the coin is (the fewer coins are constantly created new) the more stable it will be and the better it will hold its value.
Thanks for some brief answers to the above questions.

The idea of limited hashrate is great but it cannot be implemented without it being easy to exploit. And if you have a bigger ASIC and figure out how to split it then yet again the USB sticks become useless.

Well I don't know if this is possible. I don't have any. I tried to run 2 miners for my one GPU with low intensity to test. Second miner freezes... Paralleling should work with lower threads/intensity/etc or even if not, a round robin approach might do it. Mining for each wallet for like a second because hashrate is calculated over a period of time so your average might be below the threshold. With less powerful GPUs or USB sticks depending on the method of the limitation, multiple wallets/pool accounts/proxies/virtual servers/VMs or a modified wallet should bypass the intended limit. Of course for big farms it would be too much of a pain in the back to split all of their hashrate so in a sense it would achieve excluding them but small/medium miners could easily put like 50 USB sticks to work if the coin is profitable enough so the distribution would be pretty much be the same as any other SHA256 coin which gets mined by big farms as well.

This is a bad idea because within time someone will find a way to hack the code and be able to split their Sp20 ASICs into 4250 individual workers.
I think workers is not a address... The limit speed hash power is for one address. Or you set 4250 address... Suddenly 4250 address for solo mining or 4250 different pools... CoinMagi use the same stop limit hash power.Great! Save the coin, save the energy, distribution is equal around the world. http://pom.m-hash.com

There will be testing before any release, and if the testing goes bad, then the launch will be postponed.

Of course for big farms it would be too much of a pain in the back to split all of their hashrate so in a sense it would achieve excluding them but small/medium miners could easily put like 50 USB sticks to work if the coin is profitable enough so the distribution would be pretty much be the same as any other SHA256 coin which gets mined by big farms as well. the can limit to one worker per ip, if that's feasible or can help .. PS: i got one r9 270 and this might be the firsttime i use it to mine sha ever..so what software do i use for mining sha with gpu?

At least there's some entertainment value in all of these coins launching at such a ridiculous rate. Maybe next time be your own dev?
