Adding to what the user above me said, you should take a picture of the troop levels as well. Cleaning up the base a bit and getting a better base design will appeal better to a buyer which will help you get this sold as it is an extremely rush account.

Seems like you have rushed with the town hall to level 8.I'm on level 43 and I have better upraded defenses cannon,archer towers lv 7,mortars lv 3...) and everything else...
