Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

It has stopped paying out in many cases. After it skipped 2 payments for me, I can't seem to even login to my account. And yes they haven't been replying to any support tickets.

I like how the support tickets never seem to be answered.

It seems pretty frequent to see this, its a shame cause that only gives more skeptism on when and matter of when this site just explodes.

No idea what's going on. We've been paying out as usual.

Last payout was on April 26th for over 127 BTC. Everyone with a valid payout address, a balance of over 0.001 BTC and no automatic re-investments enabled was paid out.

Most of the complaints are because the users re-invest soon before the payout and then complain of no payouts. Which is logical as their account balance is below the minimum of 0.001 BTC.

Our payout address: https://blockchain.info/address/1CMR18ds3W4tz3MceN7wkm4NsaFW9jxvk9

Note: We have disabled the automatic auto-reinvesting for unattended accounts.

Why don't you answer to the tickets? I have made two in several days and have no answer from you. My questions are not in FAQ.
What I must think about you?HuhHuh

If they failed to respond on your ticket, have you tried to reply on their main thread?

If they failed to response there as well, followed with your own personal pm. give it like the usual 3 days? I dont know how they operate the support system but many sites that are popular are usually backed up in tickets.

When they do fail to respond for 4-5 days almost 1 week, then open up a thread.

For the moment my problem was resolved without their answer. In the future I will see what I will (must) do. Thanks for your help.

Actually I am missing last payout from 2 accounts. I reinvested (manually) thursday and I notice the total in my dashboard is not updated till I go to buy hashrate and the back.

I do not remember how much btc I had in dashboard, but since I reinvested as last action maybe it's less than 1 hash value, so less than 0.008 I believe.

I'll try "manually updating" next sunday, I hope I'll receive my money...
