For newbs like me who spent way too much time getting it working right:
Your dropcoin wallet has to be open for the CCminer to hash correctly; and you have to add the username/password to the dropcoin config so it matches up with the ccminer user/pass you use.
Earned 66 drop overnight using the CCminer and 50% CPU mining

I've been mining with both ccminer and minerd with Pok turned off for about 24 hours at 42Kh/s total and haven't found a block yet  |

I've been mining with both ccminer and minerd with Pok turned off for about 24 hours at 42Kh/s total and haven't found a block yet mining with 15 kH/s (clocked down CPU, hey i love my CPU don't want to enslave it too much  ) got 2 block reward last night, 3 yesterday. so don't worry you'll get more than i later on with such hash power. |

I've bee mining like crazy for over a day now with GPU and separate cpu miner and have not found a block yet I made sure PoK was turned off from conf file and restarted wallet , maybe I should get back to just mining with in wallet miner? even at a lower hash rate it finds blocks more quickly. |
