for the fee i need to understand a little bit more what the Escrow have to do.
If it is just keep the money and then release i've no fee.

I was looking for this type of opportunity I can do the escrow for you free excluding all the tx fee but Quick seller is best for that kind of works for only 1% as fee or 0.01 whichever is greater.

You need escrow freezing 0.5 BTC as reserve to legitimize your game.
 
You already invested 0.2 btc to prove it.

So I can do Escrow for you, and keep your reserve safe, so player could bet quitly.

I will hold in multisig wallet with nlocktimes option

for now it will be free ( you  pay only tx fee).

If volume of your bet will increase you will deposit more to cover bets
In that case may rate will be regular.
