More than 400 but 401-405 or 407 ? That's what is important. People need your clarity not vague. One may agree with your offer price or a little bit

lower if you honestly or you will not sell it if they feel something is not true situation of the seller

I has some more than 400 activity and it needs 480 to be hero, so it'll take about 6 2-week periods (~3 months) to be hero.
Because it has more than 500 posts a single post per 2-week period (6 posts in total) would be enough.
