Dear Community,

I have made a withdraw of about 3000 EUR on Intersango on 09.08.2012
First the Withdraw was "processing" for 9 days.
After that I see "sent" status, but no payment (I am also on the same bank, it need only seconds to get the money)

I write a lot with the support, and the support says me, that the Admin will take a look
to my request.

The answer of the admin was:
Quote
I cant read all of the messages on every ticket.
This has 35373 as the withdrawal request id in question so that's the only one I looked at.
If you have another one you would like to inquire about open a new ticket specifying that id.

On 23. August I opened a new ticket. The answer
Quote
I will send this now to the administrator and as the ticket is in good form he will need to verify that the payment was either not sent out or if it was returned to us for some reason.

If the payment was returned to us then we may ask you to verify your banking details, otherwise, we will simply resend the ticket.

We are sorry for the inconveniences you've had so far.

Sincerely,
Team Intersango

Still no payment received from Intersango.
I don't know what to do. This was my last trades on Intersango.

Dose anyone has the same problems?

Simon

Yah, I had the same, if phantomcircuit is on IRC then withdrawals work perfectly. When he goes away, and then some withdrawals get stuck somewhere, things can take weeks to get sorted out.

Best only make withdrawals when phantomcircuit is on IRC speaking and you hear from him that he is going to be making withdrawals soon. Then you at least know that his attention is on Intersango at the moment. Seems when he goes away he has lots of other things to do and doesn't attend the exchange.

This should not work like this, when you are running such a big operation, you have to be dedicated to it, and not leave things running for days without attendance and tickets unsolved for days. Such an exchange it's like a baby, you can't just leave tickets unsolved for days, or go away for days and forget about it, and only come back when you have time for it, problems like a withdrawal marked as done but not done should be solved in HOURS AT WORST!
