Blockchain.info mixer service much slower than promised

I transfered some bitcoins from one address to another and as I pressed send blockchain.info said something to the effect of "we need your bitcoins for our money laundering service, this may delay the transaction for 20 minutes but you will be rewarded with .67 bitcoins" I thought fair enough for 20 minutes and clicked yes.

That was nearly an hour ago now and I've received less than 20% of my coins to the destination address, has anyone else done this? getting a bit worried about the coins I just send!

How many coins?

Amounts under 10 BTC will be forwarded within 10 seconds providing they meet certain requirements (Relayed By greater > 90% of the network, 0.0005 BTC miners' fee and no conflicting double spends)
Amounts under 25 BTC require 1 confirmation (~10 minutes)
Amounts under 250 BTC require 2 confirmations (~20 minutes)
Amounts over 250 BTC require 6 confirmations (~60 minutes)

139, it's been two hours now I've received my my .69 bitcoin commission in the account I sent from and only 24.5 bitcoins in the receiver account
