Sounds like they're looking for investors to provide cash so that they can go and speculate on the altcoins market, startups and a bit of mining. Basically, they're telling people that you don't have to bother learning about all this fancy new crypto stuff, just hand over your money and they'll try to make (fiat) profits for you while keeping a nice chunk for themselves.
If you're here on this forum, you don't really need to pay much attention to it, because you probably know about as much as they do about crypto (and if you don't, you will soon).
There are A LOT of people that would like that idea..
Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, it's not that I'm saying it's bad or anything. I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who don't want to learn the technical details, worry about security, research which alts are actually worth your time and money and hope you don't turn out to be wrong. But I'm guessing most of us here are doing that already, without the middleman (unless you count the exchanges, heh). If it means more interest in crypto, then by all means, they're welcome to carry on.
Maybe if anyone has made some bad calls, lost money on an alt and now decides they want to trust someone else with that decision in future, maybe it is worth a look. But even then, there's no guarantee they'll get it right either, heh. Such is the crypto-rollercoaster.
