How much do you want to buy? Tangible Cryptography sells for 1% belw Mt Gox price. Bitfloor.com sometimes has enough liquidity to buy with low fees. Neither place takes Dwolla.

As a new Dwolla user, they have instituted a 30-day probationary period before you can send those funds to a "high risk" account such as those identified as doing bitcoin exchanges.   There are individuals with whom you can trade -- either they are trading bitcoins or MtGox redeemable codes, etc.  You can find a willing counterparty here:

Just make sure to know that you are trading over the counter and that has risks that the other person might not deliver, etc.  There #bitcoin-otc Web of Trust (WoT) will help you lessen your risk.

Once you are past your 30-day probation, then you can deposit at any merchant where Dwolla is accepted, including Camp BX, Mt. Gox and Intersango.

Well, until the thirty days is up when you can use your Dwolla, there's always BitInstant, or BitFloor which accept cash deposits at banks, 7-11, etc.,

You can even send the Dwolla funds back to your bank if you needed.  The clock keeps ticking down the 30 days either way.

I'd just avoid all EFT methods and throw down cash in 7-11 or a bank unless you want to do the waiting and ID scans route.

some people trust the internet and digital transactions more than in person cashier and a bank account number

Register on Bitfloor and deposit money at Chase or Wells Fargo.  The banker will do it without hesitation and the funds show up in your account almost instantly.  You can then buy btc and transfer them to your wallet.

xodustrance and ivebeenbit. You should acknowledged both sides of the trade so the trade is publicly verified.  Kind of like the bitcoin network.  So ivebeenbit could you please +1 xodustrance if you did complete the trade. It will also starts building public trading credibility  for you both.

Thanks.

Sure, I can confirm, though most of my trading is done in -OTC. My ratings.

In any case, xodustrance sent me an Amazon gift code to purchase 4 BTC from me. He sent first and, so far, so good. He told me that he'll be looking for more coins and I would be happy to work with him for those as well.
