I believe your idea is right, I already decreased the click prize for all images few hours ago, but to give more freedom to players I decreased it a lot more as you recommended.

i mean that the timer starts from 1 minute and 20-30 seconds instead of 2 and says now before 2 minutes pass
and by cheated i mean bots
