There is a receipt for every investment from coinpayments.net
Can you go by that for the missing investments? Maybe just return those so people don't lose?

A scam can always happen, but this is the only real trustworthy admin i encountered. I've sent 100's of investors to his various sites because of this. Besides that, since he has setup several game websites already, he's quite a bit of a digital footprint. Even if he would (which he does not), he can't leave without leaving a trace.
But MC has always been trustworthy and honest. I still see my wife's 11 deposits in the site under the "My investment" link, so, i assume MC is fixing the deposit list.
As proof of his trustworthyness: deposits are disabled until fixed! Game has paused. Scammers do like all is OK and leave deposits enabled.

+1, well said! Considering increasing deposit pace during night (Europe timezone), server problems were expected. @MC - maybe putting site in the cloud might let you scale resources more quickly & according to site increasing load... Anyway, there is no need to panic - CoinPayments.net has invoice and log about every deposit including to which seller (cryptosx2 in this case) it should send the coins. So MC can restore from their logs if his own DB restoration fails. Also confirming one of my payments today morning - just before the problems started: https://blockchain.info/tx-index/61a3cda01e41305ccb11700be5290576f8bdbc13c93f7a35a2155f1f35c09e6cI believe @techman also got some big payment by that time and also confirmed it here. @MC - crossing my fingers and good luck with restoring the site!

Once he restores the site, all deposits including yours will be hopefully present on "Last investments" tab and you will see it under "My portfolio" tab. As for account login problem - no idea, I am logged in there right now without any problems.

We are working into recovering the data using our coinpayments account, hopefully we could restore all confirmed invesments and continue the game in next hours.
Those users that cannot login (should be only around 20-30) should create a new account using if is possible same email and username.
We will send instructions by email to all investors as soon as possible.
We are not able not anser all emails and personal message right now. Apologies.

Ok, seems we were able to recreate all investments and dividends. There ares still around 10-12 investmetns that cannot be linked to thier owner, because their accounts are missing. If this is your situation, create a new account with same username/email and send a email to contact@cryptosx2.com with your investment id (we will check your email with the one in coinpayments request) Unfortunately, payout address are the only data we cannot recover. If your investment shows "not set" address, send also email to contact@cryptosx2.com with your investment Id, currency and amount (also verification will be done confronting email address and username. Thanks and apologies. Game will continue in few minutes.

Hi MC,
Will affiliate payouts be fixed as well? It was at least at 33XPY this morning (12h ago), with 2 ID's listed. Now it's 3.2 again. I know who used me as reff, so i can ask his details if needed.
I was still missing my wife's deposit payouts though, she had my affiliate link. Is this based on IP address?
