No sir, I'm planning to sell or auction it, my first account if possible. So I tried to create this new alt account of mine.

You can create unlimited amount of accounts and sell them if you wish. They are not tied to your IP. Besides whoever uses mobile internet usually logs in with more IPs with their account.

Yes, you can have as many accounts as you wish, however, what is important is the quality of your posts. If you make poor quality posts you're liable to have them all banned so take that into consideration.

you can do that. bitcointalk do not filter based on ip address. there is no restriction that about one user one ip address.
you can login with two account in one ip address. i ever try it before and everything was good, no need to worry.

So it's better you use some proxy to make the accounts , account trading is really so much atm , i see Digital Goods Section full oF BCT account , it should stop though sadly i don't think it's possible

I doubt this is true. If you have your accounts banned for spam and create to new accounts that in turn get banned for spam your IP and network gets "evil points". This will allow you to create further accounts, but you have to pay a few btc in order to use them.

What you wrote sounds like the board would be banning Tor nodes.

Also, I'm pretty sure that TOR exit nodes are easily identifiable as TOR exit nodes so there's no reason to have a heuristic like "accounts created from IP" in order to guess what's TOR and what's not.

I would say this should not happen as this would be in favor of Bots which create several accounts. The TOR nodes are already banned as i know .

Sometimes i look use the member search look for new registered accounts. Many accounts are never used.

By the way the first account was registered on 2009-11-18 ( admin; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1 ) Today are over a half million accounts registered! But how many user has bitcointalk.org in real?

Sometimes i refresh regularly the user list and see every few minutes a new account. Some of them are never used. And some are only with few minutes online time, without a single post. I really wonder why are people creating accounts without using it. Or what was the reason for the registration. And why they never log in a second time.
Then i ask myself, could it be possible that a bot makes the forum big due to a mass of fake accounts?

Yes, they used to be baned, now we have Evil Points. Neither Tor nodes nor Proxies are banned, they just have a high amount of Evil Points because they get misused. Its not use Tor -> ban, its misuse Tor -> increase in Evil Points -> proxy ban

you can have multiple account with same ip address however you need different email for registrations . or you can put anything on email option or leave it with some random words no matter . but putting email will help you in recovering your account.

I saw this with the Evil Points. A while ago i have test it
Evil Points are the value which is used to calculate how much someone has to pay to get access for full functionality of a account which was registered via tor / proxy. Only few satoshi in my case...
It is proxy specific how much Evil points someone has to pay. Evil points are given by the "activity of evil" on the proxy.

Few minutes ago i logged in my via proxy registered account, i would copy the message which says why i have to pay. But now, i got this one:

I once made 20 accounts using a single IP and never once had any trouble. If there is a limit at all, then I doubt any normal user would reach it.

Most of that discussion centers around spambot accounts but farmed accounts for selling are almost certainly a part of this mix.
