If hashocean will really come back. They've already tried to communicate to all in their investors and tell whats really happened but i think there's no real support from hashocean. 

dont hope so much because hash will not comeback they are happily fleeing with their investors money and maybe their having vacation now because their taken a lot of money thats why their no really turning back from them those emails are making false promise so people will wait and hope for nothing.

Its clearly scam they clearing already their promotional paraphernalia and giving some hacking alibi so they have reason to make the site go down longer and run with their investors money thats a false hope they will not coming back to pay.

it is obvious that they are not going to come back because they have already stole the money of their miners  they are just trying to make them calm then after a few months or maybe a few weeks they will stop on sending an email .

I am of a similar mind. I feel this refund gesture might be a play for more time, them getting the first wave processed and then suddenly disappearing of the face of the web. We will see however, if they do people right by this, shit, I may invest here myself. I doubt this is going to end well, however.
