Need Network Support Specialist help with S3 maybe.

Hi, I bought used s3 miner,i connected custom PCU all fans are running and i can login into s3.when i change the DNS or chenage it to DHCP.My S3 shuts down.Dont know what to do.If i disconnect network cable it runs continuously but red and green led lits up .when i connect network cable it shuts down again.? any idea(sorry for my bad english)

different subnet maybe? what's your ip protocol(ip4/subnet ecc...)?

Dhcp router ip is 192.168.1.1;my pc ip is 192.168.1.4;my s3 ip is 192.168.1.99sub mask is 255.255.255.0

then it could be that the sd card isn't working, or something else

I can login to my s3,but for a while only,if i touch any settings in network ....pfffff shuts down

since this is a used miner, there is a chance that it might be defective or not working at all, from where you bought it?

or it could be your network cable, checks this first

You might want to check the ethernet connector on miner board. See if there is any damage.
You can also try to change another ethernet cable.

Could it be psu? When idling, miner takes only something under 100w but when it connects to pool and begins hashing it draws a lot more power.Just thinking.

  thanks for all you guys , i am rookie to this.Now i changed this PSU to 50$ worth new psu and works fine now.
In my s3 i uploaded my previous slush pool.and in slush pool i have entered some address of my wallet how to change it now.
