So I've been looking around and so far I'm not sure which scrypt miner is the best...
I have a lot of experience with SHA256 miners, it's just that I'm not sure what kind of scrypt miner is the best and has the best value.

Any suggestions?

10 watt per MHASH. Impossible to ROI. Pick up some new NVIDIA GPU's and mine for 3.3 watt per mhash.

Scrypt mining at 3.3 watt per Mhash?  What Nvidia card will do this?

Don't mine scrypt, mine quark.

ccminer -a quark -o stratum+tcp://yaamp.com:4033 -u <your LTC adress> -p xx

Yaamp is currently paying around 0.4BTC for 1 GHASH of quark

1 750ti OC does 6.5 MHASH in the quark algo

You earn:
0.0065*0.4=0,0026 (btc per day) (0,4355 LTC Per day.) ($0.64 / day)

SCRYPT pays 0.1840 BTC/GHASH

A 750ti is earning as much as a  15MHASH Scrypt ASIC miner with the current prices. (and use 50watt in the wall) (3.33 watt per MHASH (converted to scrypt MHASH))

A used 750ti can be bought for around $100 second hand.
