The btc address listed in the OP transferred all btc to this address, im guessing the dev. He then transferred it out to exchange address then back to IPO address with escrow.

Correct, I'm not holding BTC until the end of the ICO.  I released the Bitcoins once I received the 2.5 million VIRAL as agreed.

Only assurance I can offer is exactly what you can see on the Blockchain too.

I'm not Detective BAC this week or Dev BAC.  I'm Escrow BAC all I can assure people is that they will get their fair share of the 2.5 million coins I have.

And why have you released the BTC before the crowdfunding ended? Does not make any sense to do that cause the swap of the Viral coins and BTC should have been made at the end of crowdfunding!!
So now who will guarantee us that Viral team did not inflate the price buying coins with our BTC?

I released the BTC before the crowdfunding ended because I had received the 2.5 million VIRAL.  It was very clear that is how this was going to work so that the development team would be funded in order to continue working on their project, pay people and other shit that CROWD FUNDING generally helps start-ups with (this is NOT a IPO/ICO or anything of that type... the dev team is doing that through C-cex.) 

If you don't trust the VIRAL team it would probably be best not to fuck with this coin.  It is my understanding that all their revenue earn through the social media has to go through their company first, rebuy VIRAL at market price and then burn them.  If you intend on trusting them for that then I imagine this crowd funding stage is a cake walk!!!!!

5) Your dramatic farewell and crocodile tears for BayAreaCoins are noted. But I am quite sure he is a big boy and can run his own life. And anyhow, he is an escrow agent. By definition that means he is not 'dragged in' to anything. He is impartial.

When they first requested the BTC prior to the end I had that concern too, but I came to the conclusion if the Dev team was that dishonest from the start there is no way they'd be able to earn revenue off the network and be reliable to rebuy/burn coins.  Also, it seemes like if they tried to do that a little Blockchain analises would be easy enough to find it.
