乌克兰国家银行正在研究一个方案，致力于为PayPal 和比特币引进国内清除障碍。

国家银行的一个工作团队，专业组织和商业公司的代表们已经被建立来协调乌克兰法规与欧洲联盟的有关规定和指示。乌克兰EMA电子支付系统的银行协会的负责人亚历山大·卡尔波夫赞扬国家银行的努力，促进国际支付系统进入乌克兰市场。国家银行将要求PayPal将乌克兰货币单位hryvniya添加到货币列表中，这样他们就可以和乌克兰所有网上商店合作。

与此同时，比特币争取到了乌克兰国家银行的支持，让他们跟着PayPal一起加入该国家的电子支付系统，这为比特币和PayPal很快出现在乌克兰金融市场中增大了几率。
