Is anyone willing to start and establish a "History of Bitcoin" wiki page?  It would be interesting to document notable events as they happened.
The content at http://www.bitcoin.org/wiki/doku.php?id=incidents could be integrated into a fully documented history of Bitcoin-related events.

I added some information on the "OP_RETURN" bug that triggered the 0.3.5 release (and that we weren't talking about because we didn't want it to get exploited on the main network before people had a chance to upgrade).

How often do you get the chance to work on a potentially world-changing project?

If there is to be a history, I hope people fill in some of the "standard history stuff" as well as a droll listing of security events.  When did satoshi generate the first bitcoin?  What events (ie. slashdotting) triggered large influxes of new users?  When did the first bitcoin-denominated businesses appear?  etc.

This wiki page was just for reference.  I suggest creating a "History of Bitcoin" specific wiki page for documenting the history.

I would like to know these types of interesting things too!

Can you imagine a Hollywood movie about Bitcoin? Well, I can. And I think we'll see it sooner or later.
It will be a spectacular moment for the whole community.

It's so exciting about the beginning of a bitcoin trip that costs so little and is not much in demand, but what we see today is the opposite.

Bitcoin travel is a lot of twists, but it goes well and has a good impact on the development of the world economy and turns many people about poverty.

Bitcoin has a history of about 9.5 years, indeed it has been a long time. Bitcoin, which started to be recognized especially in 2011, will stay with us for at least a quarter century.

Bitcoin is a digital currency created in 2009, but does not know who the founder of this currency. Satoshi Nakamoto is the one who allegedly invented the digital currency. The name has something to do with the open and Bitcoin-designed software.

Looking at the network is very different from other payment systems, using peer-to-peer networks. Where using this network is not centralized storage / main administrator, therefore Bitcoin is not controlled by the government because bitcoin embraces decentralization system.
