Did you try to Tools -> "Reset Blockchain and Transactions" (not sure what its called in french)?

Your bitcoin are not lost, dont worry. If everything else fails you can still move the private keys to another wallet.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

yeah! Sure any one of the option (backup or import private key) is enough. But for some reason doing both the option (backup and importing private key) is recommended. After than shred your private key file. Wink

democrite,

There are two good suggestions by shorena and jim618 which you seem to be ignoring.

Meanwhile, you've responded to a possibly dangerous suggestion by Rude Boy. Exporting/importing private keys isn't necessarily a bad idea, but it's possibly dangerous if you don't know how to securely handle sensitive data, or if you don't know what Rude Boy means by "shred" (which has a very specific meaning—it doesn't mean delete). IOW, if you're not an IT person, I probably wouldn't follow Rude Boy's advice.

Please be careful....

Grin probably democrite is already trying to (mentioned below)

So i've given some suggestions. And importing/exporting keys might cause some problems. But backup wallet won't. Wink

I've had this same problem with MultiDoge, about one year ago. As they are quite similar, I'll share what I've done. Reinstall is not needed.

1. Stop MultiBit
2. Copy all the content of c:\Users\Your User\AppData\Roaming\MultiBit to (a newly created) c:\Users\Your User\AppData\Roaming\Multibit.Backup
3. Delete from c:\Users\Your User\AppData\Roaming\Multibiit all the files except multibit.wallet and multibit.properties
4. Start multibit and wait it to sync, it may take some time.

When you are convinced that everything is back to normal, you can delete that backup folder.

Instead of importing your private keys, just backup your wallet.
try this:
Go to C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Roaming\MultiBit
copy all data in that folder and uninstall multibit and delete this folder ► C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Roaming\MultiBit
Now reinstal multibit and paste the content you copied at ► C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Roaming\MultiBit It'll ask "file already exist replace?" Click Yes.
Now open multibit Wink it'll synchronous to till date. This will help you.

Not much.
I think that the data from your user folder is broken. And a reinstall may not fix that (the uninstall may not delete the broken data, the new install will try to use it).
Saving your private key is a good idea, because whatever goes wrong, your money is safe. You should do that.

If you want to "save and restore", it works better / easier if you do that with (the correct) *.wallet file.

democrite,

If you want to start messing with your MultiBit folder, you must be careful with what you do and don't deleted.

These three items are safe to delete:
Code:
"multibit CHECKPOINT File"
"multibit SPVCHAIN File"
the "log" File folder

These critical items you must back up:
Code:
Every WALLET File
the "multibit-data" File folder

There are some other files in there too, they contain preferences and transaction notes you've added. They're not critical to back up, but there's no reason to delete them either; just leave them alone.

If I were you, I'd
 1. close MultiBit
 2. take a copy of the two critical items above, just in case (right-click & copy, then go to another folder e.g. My Documents, right-click & paste)
 3. delete the three deletable items above
 4. re-install the latest version of MultiBit (v0.5.18) from here: https://multibit.org/
