You could also take a look at vircurex.com ... I think maybe btc-e also might carry them though in the past I have had a hard time finding particular currency-pairs there (as a not logged in visitor).

I'm just going to echo the guys above. btc-e and vircurex are the way to go.

If you don't mind starting with bitcoin, you could get a coinbase account, buy bitcoin from them, and then transfer the bitcoin to btc-e or vircurex and exchange it for litecoin.
