AdExchanger with AdSense - How that work?

Is there someone who have on his website adverts from AdSenese and AdExchange?

From AdSense we can have 3 ads on page. It looks like with AdExchange we can have up to 7 (3+4) ads on page.. (?)

Do I understand that correct? If yes - how look payment from AdExchange? Is it connected with AdSense or is completly separated?

Yes, your understanding is correct. Ads served through Doubleclick are not counted as Adsense ads, even though they're both connected to Google.
