there's nothing wrong with having assets and still asking for a loan. most banks want you to have some money on hand actually.
still, I think OP you cannot revive the coin with a few tweets. this is sorry to say just another sh**coin, with nothing innovative going on. if I am wrong please enlighten me.
plans are waiting to be implemented. Yea I have zero to do with the PRO OP. zero. Turning it around because a few of my friends got scammed basically. well anyway I think it's a lot of money to ask for a loan and doesn't help that Vod negged you...good luck. Its cool. I really do respect you for showing respect. Thank you.

Another red flag is covering one's tracks. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1044464.0This is the OP initially asking for a 10btc loan. When he figured out he couldn't get it, he changed the title and all the posts to "." and moved the thread to archive, hoping no one would notice. Luckily some people quoted his posts. yea that cuntrag can suck my whole dick.
You'll notice he edited that one out too.... IMO, constant use of profanity indicates lower intelligence. It's much easier on the brain to post "fuck" than to determine the proper verb, noun, adjective or adverb. I wouldn't do any business with someone as (sexually) immature as the OP. Respect is earned, not given.

Respect is earned, not given.
And so is negative trust. He earned it by making unwanted loan requests.

You wouldn't happen to be a benevolent Nigerian prince, would you? What you're asking is essentially the same premise as those scam emails, where the scammer claims to have large amounts of sum stuck in a bank account somewhere, wants you to pay for the fee of taking it out and then promises to send you a significant portion of that amount. IMO, what you're asking for is similar, you say you have a lot of bitcoins invested into this new coin, and are sure it will be a blast. You just require a not-so-small loan of 2btc and you promise to pay back a significant portion of the initial amount once it becomes successful. And to top it all of, you are offering zero collateral. Now tell me this doesn't have scam written all over it? If you are willing to use your account as collateral, perhaps you may be able to get 0.2-0.3 btcs in a loan, but your negative rep will make things harder. By the way, you might be related to royalty...: Hello frienfd, my name is RICHARD HARRIS, ESQUIRE. I have receetly come intona a large sum of american money. I am a wealthy princes and as filanthrowpist I find it my duty to share money with thsoe who need. You need. But in my country, the money dccannot get out. it is traped by burocrats. Using american bank accoun number from you, money can get out of country and toyou. But in order sort out postal issue, and ship money, I nee d a small fee. One thousand american dollars ship via western union. Thank you, and god may bless you. Prince Robert Harrion.

I believe the OP is telling the truth as far : There's a dead altcoin and he's trying to revive it.

This type of project would be better suited for crowdfunding OP. You can raise funds and those who contribute can be awarded a small percentage of the total coins. Without the crowdfunding effort, the coin dies. If enough people contribute then they will benefit since the value of their new coins will (hopefully) rise.

This type of project would be best suited to the partners, or family and friends. The OP is claiming to have 3btc in the coin that he can get out with just 0.75btc. The developers could either get paid after they made the changes, or the OP could get the money from family and friends. The fact that neither of these parties trust him is a red flag. He says it's a sure thing, but they don't believe him, and they know him best. Why should we believe him?

no, the world is fine with BTC atm.
There can be always place for some alts. P.S. Otherwise... a coin needs a lot more than 2 or 3 BTC. I know it from my own experience.

I'm providing the necessary facts for people to think for themselves.
Tell you what - give me the names of the developers. I will contact them on your behalf and convince them to release the coin first. We'll discuss putting in a kill switch that will render the coin useless should you not pay them - that should work.
What are their names? [/quote]
You're not providing any "necessary facts". We get it, he's not offering collateral for his loan request, blah blah blah. Holy mother of fucking Christ Vod, you are an overbearing internet asshole who cannot get over himself. This is not YOUR community, nor do you own the entirety of bitcoin. Let me give you some advice: stop acting like both of those things are true.
To OP: Though Vod thinks this community consists of morons--which is mostly true--he is correct about your loan repayment offer. It really doesn't make any sense. I believe you don't intend to scam, but I certainly wouldn't lend you a single satoshi based on what you've presented here. Can't you offer anything up as collateral?

OP if you are not going to scam the community then offer collateral. It is clear and simple. You do not need to fight in the forum to get the loan instead this is the way not to get it.

not to rain on anyone's parade but the coin is dead regardless. we have 1000 altcoins. does the world really need procoin? Maybe this type of fundraising would be appropriate for smart contracts then. That is, if OP is so sure that the value of the coin will rise and the devs are OK with delayed payment. The devs will be promised 2 BTC if OP's prediction comes true. The coins could be placed in a multi-sig escrow account and only released when the Procoin price increases. Use an oracle to get the price of the Procoin on an exchange. no, the world is fine with BTC atm.
There can be always place for some alts. P.S. Otherwise... a coin needs a lot more than 2 or 3 BTC. I know it from my own experience. There have been a few coins which had less than that and still turned out to be reasonably successful.
