Not always, I (and other members) gave some loan also without a collateral. But only if the member is trusted and he is an active member (with an high forum rank).

Any particular reason on why you are not providing your account as collateral? You gained a loan from neotox previously by offering your account as collateral . I dont see any reason on why not to do that again

as i said in thread name i do not have collateral to give so noone is obligated to give me loan,you have free choice i dont force anyone to give me loan i did couple trades already and i repaid all loans.
Yes you can think everyone can become scammers and i can't force you then to change your opinion, so its all up to you.
if noone is going to give me loan i will wait untill next week till i buy them so its cool

why not the reason is that i want to have access to my account becuse of signature campaign, so this time im not giving collateral my bct account but next time i might will last time i needed fast loan,this time i just want to trade a bit to have fun so if noone is giving me i can wait till next week np at all
