There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Yeah, this isn't endorsed by the official inventors of $PHIL.
Yup I don't support it either. It either has to be launched by @loomdart or nothing at all. Sucks that he clearly didn't put in any effort into creating the coin. I expected this coin to be something funny guess it's not.
