I wonder if this is the same dev as SpinCoin (another nist5 ICO coin about to launch) or the already dead albatroscoin (also nist5) that launched a few days ago and the dev disappeared.

I think first come, first served.. But probably you could sign a message with the sending address again to prove you're the owner. |
