I need to buy about 50 BTC, at a reasonable rate from a transparent and reputable seller.

Some requirements:
Seller needs to be a company, preferably within the European Union.
Seller must issue an invoice for the amount purchased, price charged, taxes etc.
Seller must have references and experience performing such sales.
Purchase must use an escrow service.
Market price + 2-5% (exact price subject to negotiation and time final order is placed)
Fiat payment will be by wire transfer (SEPA Euro preferred)

I will consider any serious offer, or suggestions as to where such a seller can be found.

Repeat deals likely if a good trading partner can be found.

Please message privately.

Thank you!

If you are looking for paperwork/a paper trail for any transaction then your best bet would probably be coinbase - I believe they are serving most of the EU now. You would actually get the market price and your trade would be able to be better documented then most likely anyone on here can do.

If coinbase doesn't work then you would probably want to use a major exchange.

Thanks for the tip.

I will contact Coinbase and ask if they can issue an invoice. All I need is a pretty paper with a company name, amount bought and sold, i.e. an invoice / aka paper-trail.
From what I can tell, Coinbase does not offer that on their site.

I would not expect other exchanges to invoice, as they don't sell coins per se, rather exchange between users.

Idk if they would be able to provide an invoice however I do think they would be able to provide business records that would document the sale.
