Asian means only East Asian here? Why not South Asian (Indian, Sri Lankan.etc), Central Asian (Kazakh, Uzbec), West Asian (Arab / Israeli) or North Asian (Siberian)?

They mostly calll the Arab/Israel Middle East, For Siberia they will call it Russia and India and Sri Lankan the mostly called it Indian. Most people when they hear the word Asia to them it means Korea, China, Japan and South East Asian Countries.

I'm a skeptic.... No way that's the same girl 

Ran it through my facial recon.  Pupil distance is exactly the same.  Nasal bridge in the same location.  Frontal projections same curvature.  Ear pinna same level.  Cheeks are different in both height and arch projection.

to a point it's probably due to my western pattern for facial recognition that isn't used to asian faces,
nevertheless i'd love to see more original and less manipulated ones in here...which is very hard to come by on the web.

There are probably a very limited "template" (or combination of a few factors) of pretty faces to men. And science has somehow gotten it down to which face men prefer the most.

Thailand will never be on my list, due to the obvious risks. 

But Malaysia is a strange choice. To be precise, which Malaysian girls? There they have the Malay Malaysians, Chinese Malaysians, Indian Malaysians and even the tribal Malaysians (Orang Asli). All of them look different.
