Selling bitcoins for moneypak valued $200-$1000 at 2.5% over the mtgox ask rate. You must have the reciept and send a photo.  I used to convert these with no fee, but the demand is so high that I must charge a modest fee now.  This is still less than half of anyone else on OTC.

The American Express prepaid card is great.  The $5 moneypak fee shows up as a credit on the card balance a few days after you load it.  Other benefits of the Amex prepaid:

No monthly fees
No foreign currency conversion fees.  It converts at the exact exchange rate.  This is true of all amex and chase credit cards I believe.
You can use an ATM with no fee once a month for $200.  After that it's a $2 fee.
Amex customer service rocks.  You can call them up for anything and they get it done.

Thanks for correcting me.  I saw a $5 credit post on there and assumed they refunded the moneypak fee, when they only do the first time.  I have removed this statement from my original post, and I am now trading for the value of the moneypak, not including the fee.

Volume.  There is a practical limit to how many MP you can do a month.  So there really is no incentive to lower prices and draw in more demand.   If you got rep you might as well charge for it.   

Now if GreenDot would accept the invetable and approve us as a MoneyPak partner we would gladly accept MoneyPaks at a low margin (accept PIN, verify, funds get direct deposited in two days into corporate account).  We tried ... hard.  I doubt they will change their policies until Bitcoin has already "happened".
