A group of bitcoiners used a "swarming engine" called UNUM to make real-time collaborative predictions online.

The results were interesting and remarkably accurate.

You can see a replay of the swarms here:http://unanimousai.com/bitcoiners-predict-bitcoin/

Just as I and a lot expect, a slow, super slow rise with tons of dip in between. Great time for us to get that cheap BTC while it lasts.

Nobody can tell really. It's still a prediction. Who knows what lies ahead?

Anyone but the 12 random schmucks who participated in this charade.

A fun experiment, but I would not base my investment decisions on that... there are too many variables that can influence the outcome.

People seems to be too fixated on the price... {I sometimes wonder how many are just into Bitcoin for the "get rich quick" thrill}

I regret the times when the price spiked to above $1000 .... It just attracted the wrong crowd to Bitcoin. { The people screaming .... "Show me the money!!!!" }

Other times I think... "they will come and go... live with it."  Sad

I agree with Kprawn, it would be most interesting to explore issues other than price.

And really, human intelligence (and by extension collective swarm intelligence) is better suited to more complex and subtle issues than just price.
