I've heard that 1.3 is better than the newer 1.4 version. So far, I like 1.4 just fine, mainly because you do not need to mix in the oil.   

It is the perfect food for those who find themselves sneaking out by themselves for fast-food at lunch. Soylent has helped me feel full and less uncomfortable after lunch.
