The average price of a Hero account here ranges from 0.6-1.2+ BTC. You're highly unlikely to find one for cheaper , unless it has some defects/undesirable characteristics.
If you're not willing to bid that high, then you will be wasting your own time and the seller's time as well.

Ok, well I would be willing to pay up to 0.6 BTC but not up to 1.2 BTC that seems a bit too high. So if anyone can do it for 0.6 BTC then please contact me, I have the BTC waiting
