新浪财经讯 北京时间5月8日凌晨消息，纽约州金融服务管理局周四宣布，已向比特币交易商ItBit Trust Company  LLC颁发了营业执照，后者成为该州首个获得营业执照的比特币公司。

纽约州金融服务管理局表示，该公司可以即刻开始运营，但将被要求履行纽约州法律和即将推出的BitLicense法案规定的义务。

纽约州金融服务管理局预计将于本月晚些时候颁布最终版的BitLicense法案，即比特币及其它虚拟货币的许可证监管条例。(来源：比特帮)
