Lots of threads here quote posts that no longer exist or refer to rapidly changing areas like the trust area.

One of the worst threads for this is the Stakeminers thread.

It's trivial to doctor screencaps and even easier to write fake quotes. Pic related, apparently Vod has been doing a lot of scamming lately  Cheesy http://a.pomf.se/fljzbl.png

So esentially this website stores everything that is wrote in this forum and every other webpage? How can that be possible or is there something that i dont understand because you never explained what it is really

Basically : yes, that site keeps (store a page requestedby you) a sort of screenshot of the page (an image version and a web page version). It is more easy to use an archive.is aka archive.today page for reference here in the forum.

But as far i can tell it only stores something if you request it and everything that happened already here or anywhere else is not stored unless someone has it stored right?

Yes, but it is more secure to have another 'backup' outside this forum (for a question of neutrality and partiality).
