I'm not understanding some things here. Are you providing a software or just the files? Will they work on a PC or is it just for a Mac?
How can we be sure that keep no logs or records? Will you be adding more servers in the future?

Perhaps you should give a vouch copy of your product to a trusted member of the forums so they can verify if your product is legit and works before others buy.
