So, I can use all of my GPG stuff, Y'know signing etc, But the problem is that Kleopatra just flags me an error and doesnt load!
I've heard alot of mumbo jumbo about "DONT TOUCH IT!, Export your private keys before even ATTEMPTING to fix kleo"

So im here wondering how the Fk i export all my keys to a file, Uninstall kleo, Reinstall her, And import the keys asif i never lost them.

Ultimately what i need, Is Kleopatra (a peice of GPG4Win) to be functional, Without me loosing my keys, Please help me.

On Windows GPG puts public keys in this folder:
C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\gnupg

The simplest option would be to launch GPA (also installed with GPG4Win package), highlight all the keys, and click export.

Alternatively you can use the command line program gpg2.exe (Kleo & GPA are simply GUI frontends which execute commands against gpg2.exe)
C:\Program Files (x86)\GNU\GnuPG\

Public keys can always be obtained from key servers but you should ALREADY have a backup of your private keys.  If the reason Kleo is failing is because your keys have become corrupt you will have no choice but to re-import them from key servers.   If your private key is corrupt well you have lost your OTC ratings if they used that key.

I thought Kleopatra is just for X509 certificates? I've always thought most people don't even need it.

If i copy the folder from the above mentioned destination, Uninstall, And then RePlace that folder, Would that work? and have Kleo+keys fully functionally without and weird funky stuff?
I cannot find a "GPA" installed anywhere

What are the commands that i use (in cmd, in order) to export ALL my keys to an importable format (that a fresh kleo install would import)

GPA is the "GNU Privacy Assistant":
"C:\Program Files (x86)\GNU\GnuPG\gpa.exe"

Your keys are in %APPDATA%\gnupg
Make a backup of the files and try to reinstall Gpg4win.

There is no gpa.exe, I already said that, I have already made a backup, I am wondering if their will be any issues with reinstalling everything...

Edit: Did not have GPA because i didnot install it, I reinstalled all the gpg4win stuff, And i still get this damn error:

Looks like a dll conflict.
Maybe there's more than one version of iconv.dll on your system.
For example one version in the GnuPG folder, and a different version in the windows\system32 folder, or something.

You sure there is no GPA?  GPA is a core part of GPG4Win.  That makes me think maybe it is a busted install.
