Hey spots. Your holding some ecash I think. What do you think we should do?
The high staking rate we voted on months ago seems to have caused a mess.

Leave the guy alone. This community screwed him once already royally. Just accept that Ecash is done for and move on.

Just asking his opinion, that's all. He knows more about this coin than anyone.

How many people do you think are still holding ecash?

Just do the poll for that somewhere in a forum. I am with you guys.

I'll kick in 10 Billion but we really need a takeover.
A staking good wallet is worthless with the inflation and
no dev.

I haven't synced my wallet for a month due to this coin being pointless now, nobody wants to step up and announce a takeover and swap because ECASH has too many problems with the wallet stability.

The problem that you guys have that is in Ecash, is one of your own making. Doing a swap and fixing a wallet is not just straight forward and sometimes requires following a middle path like during a negotiation process and drawing some lines and setting rules in order to achieve the objective. In such a process it is impossible to find grounds where everyone is happy. Everyone saw what happened to the person that did the previous swap/fix.  Instead of being happy that a swap and fix occurred, the community tore him apart and his trust score was ripped apart.

Unfortunately anyone with the skills in cryptoland will be aware of what happens to the a guy that steps up in this community to fix anything. So chances of you finding anyone that will fix this is probably 0%.

Archive your wallet files and move on.

This is pretty much it to sum ECASH up now...

The coin had a bright future if the original dev could have coded it properly from the start.
All we need is a new wallet and a coin swap. Whats so hard about that? Isn't there someone that want to step up to the plate and act as the dev?

Someone will hopefully fix this coin.  You cannot please everyone 100 percent of the time, there are always going to be complainers.  It everyone donates enough coins to make it worth someone time it would go a long way.  I have no idea what needs to be done or I would help.

That is the point, even if you collect enough money, no-one will fix it because they saw what happened to the previous guy that stepped up to help. No harm in trying though.

How about opening up a discussion on what we would like to see happen with this coin and see what happens.

I'm for that too. Let's make a list of changes that we want to be made on this coin and than collect ECASH and offer it to someone who wants to do that and to be a new dev.

Suggestions to get the ball rolling:
1. Suggest 1 to10 Million reverse split or set an arbitrary max # of coins
     - i.e. 1 Million or 5 million.with each person getting % of total coins
based on ownership of current coin.
2. unclaimed coins held non-staking for 6 months or 1year for those who don't hear of the swap
reducing possibility of backlash - then, destoryed.
3. POS Interest rate that works well in many other coins 50% to 200%.

I like those suggestions, but lower the PoS interest rate to 3-4% per annum instead.

Agreed I like 10 to start with then every month deduct with 1%.

The swap must but really hard, since 99% of us will want to sell out. Let't the market decide a price first then let people sell.

BTW is there a block explorer?

I would like to build the website on my own dime. Emoneycoin.com is available. Ecashcoin is not. Are we ecash or emoney? Used to trade under ecash.
