Someone just started dumping, if I had to guess I would say it's the dev. What a shame, this coin had real potential.

Yep. How pathetic these alt coins have gotten. 4 btc market cap. He probably made like .5 BTC. Hope he feels good about it. Screwed over a bunch of people to make enough to fill up a tank of gas a few times. One can only hope Karma catches up to these guys.

Maybe they will, maybe they won't. It's not likely the dev gave his true identity anyhow. I've learned my lesson, no more iffy alts! Tired of the scams...I prefer to pay the premium on a proven coin than take the risk on an unknown dev.

Yeah, it seems a big stakeholder is selling much of his/her stake. If it is the dev then it is time to sell either.

The latest trends are the hipos coins got burned on few of them. Most of them are copied and never intended to come thru. Sad parts are devalued the original dev and scam new investors.

I just tweeted at coinssource, everyone here should tweet or contact them as well. Their verification system is total bs; you can't possibly verify someones trustworthiness in just an hour on the internet. All they are doing is making it easier for thieves to scam us!

Proof of dev has been nonsense from the beginning, which was about a year ago.  Very few devs who've done a proof of dev haven't run away.

You need to look at quality of code, the length of time it's been worked on, and whether the programmers believe in the coin or are just being paid to develop it.

Hey everyone, we have had a busy week over here and expect to have the video ready by this weekend. We had a holiday here on Monday so the work week began busy on Tuesday. It has only been 48 hours since our last post on BCT so don't listen to fud as we are a team of 2 and have full-time jobs outside of crypto and use our paychecks to fund ARBIT COINS development. Hopefully one day with a functioning release (product), we will receive funding to work full-time on the project and re-gain some of our sleep as it has been day & night working here between ARBIT and our jobs. We are really excited about this project and look forward to the feedback from our upcoming video release.

Status update on the voice 2FA: We have one of our leading programmers working on it as we speak and expect to have it ready soon.

The big boys are all in with AR/VR Technology and we have a head start with ARBIT. We are working on the future of payment solutions via augmented reality and making small steps towards the end goal.

So much for the increase in rewards. Block rewards are now showing 5 ARB. Angry

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the last bonus phase listed in the OP does not exist in the source

Looks like that is correct POS block should have been from 20K to 21K 100 ARB reward. Looks like a miner miscommunication between the coder & Graphics guy. I will speak with them in the morning about pushing a fix for stakers. Thanks for pointing it out.

Wonderful...get investors to hold and stake for POS mega-reward, dump on us in the meantime, then make sure mega-reward isn't even part of the code. Guess those mega-dumps to 300 sat were no mistake after all. Very dissapointed in this one and the alt scene in general. Think from here on out I'll stick with my tried and true, btc and nxt. Thanks for being one more scammy dev in a world filled with fraudsters and sharks.

Wow, since the pos stake rewards for 1,000 blocks were misprinted we are now somehow fraudsters or scammy? My coins were in the wallet ready for those rewards as well and it did not benefit defiantly not the ARbit team in anyway. More harmful to be honest. Wheres the faith? Those rewards while not 100 per pos block still went to the stakers and not us. We will be releasing our crypto coder come morning for this mistake and we are sorry about it.

Look at my wallet address in the block explorer for evidence, Haven't sold and don't plan. The 5BTC (1,085USD)we received from the crowd-sale went to supporting the market and paying for services from the community. 100% honest here.

What happened to the Dev? Is there any chance to come back online?

There is always a chance. Grin
Hopefully the Dev returns, the project was very promising. Maybe it's just an error in the code and the Dev could add mega Pos reward in the next 1000 blocks...It could be a solution.

Thank you for being supporting and not jumping to negative conclusions  Smiley

There is always a chance. Grin
Hopefully the Dev returns, the project was very promising. Maybe it's just an error in the code and the Dev could add mega Pos reward in the next 1000 blocks...It could be a solution.
If dev returns and continue to work on what he said he will do, there is no need to add the mega blocks

Thank you Xpooky for giving us a chance to respond and your support! It was a weekend over here and we have been focused on development. Its 12:05AM here and we are still working and it has been the first chance we had to check BCT. We will be creating a more direct line to the development team so if any craziness develops we will be notified ASAP. We will have that posted Saturday!

Someone just started dumping, if I had to guess I would say it's the dev. What a shame, this coin had real potential.

Check my wallet address for all to see ARyKiSM8LbthaqWLdapPkgMPLrJe9nqGor . ARbit has huge potential and will have its day in the sun. Unfortunately people are quick to judge. Coinssource is a reputable company. They can only verify that the projects are real with real developers/companies behind them but can't guarantee if they will be successful. We believe our project will be. Everyone just needs to understand that in an alt crypto world full of not legitimate projects (no-premine) they are destined for failure and only serve as a pump and dump, even Bitcoin needed a large premine. Folks jump to conclusions quickly because of past experiences. It is understandable as everyone has been burned even from bitcoin! So moving forward everyone needs to give new developers a chance but with a watchful eye. We are here and we are going to rock this atlcoin into the greatest potential market for alt coins! Augmented and virtual reality platforms. The jumping to conclusions of others is what hurt this market. Its time to make it better.

I put up a buy wall across all exchanges at the crowd-sale price! Going to get some sleep and get back to development after work tomorrow.
