They will not be willing to learn something new like bitcoin if there is still something more practical to use and that thing is fiat. Why would they take bitcoin which need 1 confirmations atleast for safety if they can take the fiat directly. This is ofcourse not a good idea to use them

Yes, the time needed for confirmation is a huge problem for them... I would suggest to these ladies to be paid by Casascius coins! It would be a nice idea, Mike Caldwell will love it

well one could argue that the QR code is much cooler and cryptic, than a simple email address, which also lead to privacy issue, not that i think they(those girls) care about their privacy...
