I truly believe this is a scam. It's really easy to HTML edit webpages and take a screenshot, it requires no skill and about one minute. Who would have 15 thousand dollars just sitting in their Amazon account?

No need to believe, this is definitely a scam. No one will sell 15K worth of gift cards , with a starting bid of 0.1 BTC when the actual cost of that much amount would be more than 50 BTC.

I don't think it's possible to even have  a 15k balance. I'm sure amaon limit it to 5000.
