I need a help with a few things and am willing to pay. If you can help then please message me.
What I need help with:

1.) MYSQL ERROR: Could not connect to mysql database!
Google used to be my friend but they ain't helping. And everything I used to do to fix it ain't working.
I will pay 0.02 for whoever tells me what to do.

2.) Need some help with sql sequencing my site from offline to online. Because when it isn't like that ^ it just redirects to www.example.com/example/offline.php. I will pay 0.04-0.06 for that.

3.) Need someone who's good at photoshop, price will depend on quality and what you can do.

Prices will not go up for 1 and 2 so if you can't help for that price then just don't bother.
