Rules as below:

1) No Newbies or Jr. Members - NO EXCEPTIONS.
2) You should be able to prove that you are trustworthy.
3) Its upto me to agree on that!
4) You send first, as a gift (friends and family) from a verified paypal account.
5) I do not pay ANY fees.
6) No bargaining.

I agree. Your buying from trusted members that aren't going to charge you back. I do not think that anybody that's trusted enough will sell Paypal for the 20% fee. I can buy it cheaper on here from isyet or w/e their name is. Or buy Doge on Wesellcrypto with Paypal instantly and have them within 10 minutes. If you want to be competitive, you have to act competitive. Anybody saying "ok I'll pay the 20% fee, I would think they would be the ones to do a chargeback unless its definately a trusted member.
