Why would you want to try things and things like trust specially incase of a newbie ?
With an escrow, you are safeguarded. I will prefer using an escrow, even with someone who has a positive green trust, as there is no harm in that.

If you mean that I should ask him to do that, then I would say people who have found the t-shirt should do it. Else, just expect to be paid nothing by working on their searches.

I have seen people ruin their reputation for a lot less. And right now he is a newbie, and his account probably has 0 value. So no reason for him not to just create a new account and not pay for the bounty.

I'm happy to escrow but 0.2 BTC is a small amount (well, to me anyway) and I'm not paying more (so escrow fees would be on you). Also the bounty is first come first served, so how do I settle it if I'm in the process of escrowing with someone that claims to have found it, when someone else posts it as a reply here?

Okay, seems that she is wearing a shirt that is too large for her shoulders, the style could be any of these depending on what size she is, what size the shirt is and what the bottom half of the shirt design is. It is NOT a V neck, a Crew Neck or a seamless neck... that much is for sure, and it has very close/short sleeves. It is "off the shoulder", "Slouchy" and most likely a "T Shirt".... so, it could be any of these below, but if she emails me back, I will try and find out exactly where she got it, but chances are that she got it from a small online store that had them custom printed.
