I copied the file onto the usb stuck it in the new computer and now I want to move it to my wallet, so what do I do with the original wallet? or do I have 2 wallets in the same folder?  Do I have to move the old one out first then move the new one in?  Thanks

Basically, no, you can't have two wallet files in the same dir.
