Japan is a homogeneous society. They don't accept immigrants from the non-Japanese population. Even ethnic Japanese migrants from Brazil and Bolivia have faced difficulties in migrating to Japan. And there are very few foreign porn-stars in Japan. They prefer either full-blooded ethnic Japanese, or those of partial descent (for example mixed race individuals from the Philippines).
