Just look at their past posts, scam accusations and trust.

Interested buyers and sellers: you would most likely be getting a fraudulent obtained mycash card. Unless you're using a stealth / throwaway account, I would stay away from this. Always a possibility of PayPal freezing your account after redeeming these codes.

This is a completely false statement. PPMC codes absolutely can be reversed.  PayPal does it all the time actually.  Some retailers are allowing these cards to be purchased via CC.   

Oh yeah, not to mention that there have been people questioned by the FBI for redeeming illegally obtained cards.  Just check the localbitcoins forum and you will be able to see that this happens relatively often.
