Just to be clear, you know that none of these are the lender's problem, right?

Well I don't see how they will be able to get going again, so I am somewhat curious as to when I will see my overdue coins...

Minutia,

Just to be clear here is what you say next:

Quote
Even though I currently have no BTC because of the hack (sucks to be me) I will do whatever it takes to pay you back today.  I am buying the BTC with my own cash so I can repay my debt.  Here is my plan:  I have created a wallet at blockchain.info.  On blockchain.info I initiated a BTC purchase using bitinstant.  I have the deposit information and I am going to the bank today to make the cash deposit.  As soon as the deposit clears I will have your BTC and will transfer them back to you with interest and a little extra because I am late repaying you.

Okay, now we are nearly 24hrs past the due date of the loan, I expect to be seeing the coins in my wallet shortly, as you have had plenty of time to get fiat into an exchange. Ultimately it is not my problem that you kept the coins in an exchange, and I still expect prompt payment of the amount due.

Well I think it is clear that Minutia has defaulted and run with my coins, can we give him a scammer tag until (if) he pays back?
