Two Coins BSTY (GlobalBoost) and UIS (Unituscoin) use Yescrypt there is a GPU miner for Yescrypt now.  See the post below for some stats.  I have also included the GitHub links and the compile miners for Windows.  You can also find this information at http://globalboost-y.com/.

BSTY ANN: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=775289.0
UIS ANN: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=901069

SGminer GitHub: https://github.com/djm34/sgminer
CCMiner Github: https://github.com/djm34/ccminer-tpsp

Windows Compiled SGminer:https://mega.co.nz/#!OYlHyJRb!C_jPY3sz3WbfB2V1n4rjKQ218x-elcevsUkupzj7VIs
Windows Compiled CCMiner:https://mega.co.nz/#!dR1mwTIb!22mH7em1FX2F81-C5vl9Wbb7o4RG57e82bNVfvFwInE

MOAR Data:  I have setup a Google Sheet to record hashrates.  Send me a PM if you want your hashes noted.  Only 3 entries so far.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_rJrGGjWF4pSunb0Ng406g6WEJ04V_GscV84asse6vE/edit#gid=0

I was getting  the below hash rate on my PNY 750ti.

CCminer: was around 800 h/s ccminer.exe --algo=yescrypt -o stratum+tcp://stratum.coin-miners.info:3575 -u wigitgetit.1 -p x -i 0
SGminer: was around 980 h/s sgminer.exe --no-submit-stale --kernel yescrypt -o stratum+tcp://stratum.coin-miners.info:3575 -u wigitgetit.1 -p x  --gpu-platform 0 -w 4   -g 2

More details are linked below:

CCMiner: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=775289.msg11263239#msg11263239
SGMiner: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=775289.msg11274337#msg11274337

We do not expect GPU's to have a huge advantage over CPU's. As we have a base for GPU code now, we can get this code optimized.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Are you responsible for globalboost? I have visited the unitus website for the 64bit cpu miner, but the download link is broken. Any help with that?

I work with the GlobalBoost team.  You can get the cpuminer for yescrypt below.

I would like to ask for a compilation of yescrypt into the latest ccminer version 2.4.4 vom March 2016
to be able to mine for GlobalBoost-Y with it.

I`d appreciate for the win-x64 version, but I think others would want the 32-bit version, too.

Its fun to mine Ether with the genoil-miner(GPU) and at the same time open another instance on the same machine to
mine BSTY(CPU). It works nicely, but actually not with all CPUs.
I mention this dual use in some Ether forums already. Hope it really boosts, global hashrate in mining pool hub already went up ;-)

Remember when I spotted a GPU miner in the wild? Now it is all public. Glad I got in while the gettin was good with my 130 cpu botnet at the university.

Has the AMD side of the house seen any new updates with SGMiner?  NVIDIA got this all day.
