Not the car. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiat_money it's government issued currency. The money you use to pay taxes. Unlike previous types of money it isn't backed by anything. Others used to be backed by gold, silver or other precious goods.

Fiat is currency that a government declares to be legal tender but is not backed by a physical commodity. For example, the US dollar is fiat. Years ago, however, the U.S. government issued silver certificates that were legal tender. They looked similar to a dollar bill and was spent like any other dollar, but was backed by silver. They were not fiat.

In the world of Bitcoin, however, any government issued currency is usually referred to as fiat.

Planning to buy a pizza on May 22 to join the celebration of Pizza for Bitcoins day, but as of this moment, I can't seem to find a pizza store here in our country that accepts bitcoin as a form of payment. I could buy a gift certificate in Gyfts, but I do not know if stores in here honor those GCs that I might buy. Sad

I just hodl and hodl and spend nothing, I can only feel relaxed if I own at least 10 BTC in cold wallet not invested somewhere. Cause I got some cool altcoins like PayCons too which I still hope to go 10 times the current price. These cloudmining contract even in reputable companies can hardly count as hodling also - but I have spread it wisely Tongue

i decided to keep holding my coins a bit longer. it always feel better to spend coins when their value has gone up. at this point there is not much that i need. so holding is the best option.

Don't know how you restrict yourself to hold it, don't you have any urges to spend it on anything, or do you not fancy anything that's available to be bought with Bitcoins?

As far as the original question is concerned, I just gamble with it for now, I don't have enough of it or the control to keep it in a jar and stare at it and I am trying somehow to get to 10, I think it's a good strong number and when I get to that number then I think they'd be worth holding.

It's great to keep off the grid, as long as your people are sending you BTC. Then there are services that allow the exchange, and you keep at some distance away from Jewish Banksters.

I Agree. The best option at present is to hold it till bitcoin regain its value so just need to be patient and would rather sell in future when the prices are high. But present scenario suggests that it would be wise decision to hold and not to spend and even not to trade.

Yeah. Keep waiting and having a long patient. This will lead you to grow your money. And the present price or value of bitcoin are not steady and too low so that its better to wait until it rise.
