Hey, firstly you have posted this in the wrong section, I believe it is better suited here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=67.0 in the bottom left corner you have the option to move it to altcoin discussions. I mean the forMal publish.  For example, bitcoin and lite coin will publish the source code in some open source area

GitHub is the place to upload your source.

Alternatively you could use Sourceforge, where the original Bitcoin code was published.
